Version 2026-08-25. This notice forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Coaching is not medical care
MyOnlineCoach provides remote exercise coaching and general educational information. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease, replace medical advice, provide emergency care, or create a doctor-patient relationship.
2. Screening and review
Your assessment supports safety screening. We may pause, limit or decline coaching, request more information, or require clearance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. A review outcome is not medical clearance.
3. Your responsibilities
Provide complete and accurate information, report material changes to health, medication, pregnancy, injury or symptoms, use suitable equipment and surroundings, and follow stated technique and intensity guidance. Do not train while impaired or in unsafe conditions.
4. Stop and seek help
Stop exercise if you experience chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, sudden weakness, a new neurological symptom, acute injury or another concerning symptom. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional. Do not use platform messaging for emergencies.
5. Inherent risk and results
Exercise carries inherent risks, including injury. No result, weight change, performance outcome or timeline is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including adherence, recovery, health and environment.
